You can call me Nikole or Nikki (She/Her/They)! I'm a dog mom, a plant lover, and my favorite food is potato. Anything and everything potato.

I have 11+ years of experience in character design and illustration with a penchant for the fantastical, and 6 years working as a freelance artist.I work predominantly as a digital illustrator and have experience in asset and creature creation for ARPGs. I also dabble in graphic design.I have created work for commercial and personal use, but I focus primarily on private commissions for individual clients.

Terms of service (TOS)

_{By commissioning Nikole, you (the Client) are agreeing to the following terms:}

···•✦•···Payment & Specifics···•✦•···

_{▶ Clients will receive all commissions as digital copies. Prints are available upon request, however the Client will be responsible for any costs incurred therein, including shipping.}_{▶ Nikole only accepts $USD as payment through paypal, and all commissions will have a 5% transaction fee included in the final total. Other payment options are available, but will only be explored under specific circumstances/requests.}_{▶ Half payment is due once the commission has been accepted. Unless discussed otherwise, Nikole will not begin work until she has received this payment. Client may offer to pay the full amount upfront should they choose.}_{▶ Full payment is due when Nikole sends a resized copy of the final image to the Client for approval. Client will receive a full-sized .PNG (via Google Docs) upon payment of the remaining commission balance.}_{▶ All commissioned pieces are for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. This means the digital copy received by the Client cannot be resold for profit.}_{▶ Copyright infringement includes: altering images without Nikole's consent, taking credit for commissioned work, removal of watermarks and/or signatures, use of commissioned work commercially without prior agreement.}_{▶ Clients/recipients of my work are not permitted to mint or sell commissioned pieces for NFT usage. Purchasing the rights to a piece will never permit use of NFT.}_{▶ Clients/recipients of my work are not permitted to use and/or input any design created by Nikole Cabrera for the purposes of generating AI creations. Purchasing the rights to a piece will never permit use of AI generation.}_{▶ Commissions are completed generally within 1-30 business days. However! Some pieces may take a little longer to complete and send out. I will always do my best to maintain communication with you.}

_{▶ Clients may request a full refund of amount paid (the half payment upfront) up until I have begun the commission sketch. After this point, refunds are no longer an option.}_{▶ Ultimately, all refund requests are circumstantial and will adhere to situational needs between Client (you) and Artist (Nikole).}

_{▶ Nikole reserves the right to: use all commissioned pieces to fill her portfolio and post on her personal social media accounts unless otherwise discussed, accept or deny any commission request that does or does not fit her 'will/won't draw' or personal wants/abilities, and outside of agreed upon terms between Client and Artist, Nikole can add, remove, or alter all commission guidelines, prices, and rules as needed.}_{▶ Submitting a commission request does not guarantee you a commission slot!}_{▶ Purchasing the rights to an image will always come with specific stipulations that must be agreed upon prior to the start of the art piece. Prices will vary depending on the conditions, but you can expect to double the cost of the commission at minimum.}_{▶ When posting commissioned pieces on other websites/social media pages, please credit me as: @nikkiartsicle. You may use Nikole and/or Nikole Cabrera as well.}

_{▶ To commission Nikole, submit a request by clicking the associated button located at the bottom of this page or DM her through Instagram @nikkiartsicle where she will supply you with the google form.}_{▶ Nikole requires at least one (1) reference to work with! The more a Client can provide, the better!}_{▶ Nikole will make at most one (1) free modification to a commission. All modifications desired by the client should be considered in totality after the initial sketch is completed, otherwise an additional cost will be incurred with each modification request preceding it. It is always recommended to be as specific as possible at the forefront of the process to avoid this outcome!}_{▶ Please inform Nikole of any poses, expressions, or character/item orientations (on the canvas) you would prefer, otherwise Nikole will assume creative control.}
